Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, 30,000 square feet of combined indoor and outdoor event space sets the stage for collaboration, motivation and productivity. Offering over 15,000 square feet of interior meeting space, the 9th floor is insulated from distractions, creating an enclave for accomplishing the business of the day. The 8,800 square feet of pre-function space complements the ballroom for refreshment breaks and receptions while showcasing breathtaking beach views. An additional 7,000 square feet of oceanfront, outdoor event space, located on the 11th floor, gives groups a stunning outdoor venue for receptions and dinners and one of the most incredible views in South Florida. The resort’s 30,000 square-feet of meeting and event space, includes the following distinctive meeting rooms and event spaces.
ONE PARTICULAR HARBOR
Pre-Function Space The spectacular oceanfront views and floor-to-ceiling windows in the 8,800 square-feet of pre-function space, will add a breathtaking dimension to continental breakfasts, afternoon breaks and cocktail receptions.
COMPASS ROSE BALLROOM
The 10,000 square-foot Compass Rose Ballroom is divisible into four sections. Compass Rose North and South , the two largest sections, are ideal for general sessions and group lunches and dinners. Compass Rose East and Compass Rose West are perfect for smaller meetings or breakouts. The entire ballroom accommodates up to 680 classroom style and 850 at banquet rounds.

LICENSE TO CHILL – ROOFTOP TERRACE
This 7,000 square foot South Florida outdoor venue, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean will be a favorite site for outdoor receptions and dinners. With its own pool and permanent bar, it will offer larger groups a private event venue with the ambiance of the beach level recreation area and the privacy of their own exclusive paradise. Semi-private events may enjoy having a group dinner in a dedicated area of this roof top, tropical oasis.
