Mother's Day is an extra special day to celebrate the extraordinary, hard-working, and loving moms in our lives. Start the day with a delicious brunch in Paradise at Margaritaville Restaurant. From sweet Belgian waffles to savory frittatas and flavorful, fresh fruit and pasties, there is something that each Mom can indulge in!

Salads

Breakfast Salad: Avocado, tomatoes, chickpeas, 6-minute eggs, rainbow carrots bacon crumbles and pita chips on a bed of mixed greens, served with Goddess Dressing.

Fruit Salad Cups: Seasonal fruits served in a 6 oz. tumbler glass.

Strawberry and Spinach Salad: Orange Supremes, strawberries, candied pecans, goat cheese and spinach served with balsamic vinaigrette.

Breads

Assortment of warm cinnamon and honey buns

Orange vanilla and blueberry vanilla scones

Gourmet assorted muffins and croissants

Action Stations:

Belgian Waffle Station: Light and crispy Belgian Waffles made to order and served with your choice of a variety of toppings.

Sandwich Station: Chicken Salad/Salmon Avocado BLT, assorted brunch sandwiches served on B&B plates.

Frittatas: Spinach, onion, mushroom, ham, bacon, cheddar served with choice of Piri Sauce or Avocado Hollandaise.
