Mat Pilates – Improve your flexibility, and balance, arm and leg control, strength and flexibility and build your core. Attention to alignment, breathing and posture.
Cardio Sculpt – This fun class utilizes your own body weight to focus on combining high and low intensity cardio, dance aerobics and body sculpting.
Yoga Flow – Build flexibility and strength while maintaining focus on good alignment. Unite the body, breathe and mind all in one.
Sunrise Meditation – The morning is considered a “divine time” when an individual’s spiritual energy is at its peak. Peace of mind and body are benefits of a sunrise meditation practice because of fewer distractions prior to starting your day.
All classes meet at St. Somewhere Spa (2nd Floor). Please arrive 10 minutes prior to activity time to sign in. Please note, due to COVID-19 Policy there is limited availability and 10 feeet of social distancing required. Classes ar $12 per participant.
