With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I’ve spent the past 11 years proudly growing my career with Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort—a brand that truly embodies fun, authenticity, and a great place to work. Originally from California, I’ve always had a strong appreciation for the outdoors, which naturally aligns with the relaxed, beachside lifestyle Margaritaville represents. My passion for creating memorable guest experiences, combined with my industry knowledge, continues to drive my commitment to delivering exceptional events and service.
A Miami native with a passion for hospitality, she started her career in event sales in 2016 as an administrative professional and quickly discovered her love for bringing events to life. From there, she grew into an Executive Meeting Manager role—handling everything from booking to execution—and eventually advanced to Sales Manager, specializing in conferences.
After spending the last four and a half years at a larger scale hotel, she excited to bring her experience and energy to Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort. With a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Tourism, she’s dedicated to helping clients create seamless, memorable events from start to finish.
Kennet Mendez brings a well-rounded hospitality background to his role as Sales Manager at Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort. Originally from Mexico City, Kennet has built his career through hands-on experience in front office operations, guest experience, event management, and now hotel sales. Before stepping into sales, he served as Executive Meeting Manager and Hotel Guest Experience Planner at the resort, giving him a strong foundation in both client service and event execution. His diverse background, international hospitality experience, and relationship-driven approach help him create seamless experiences for clients while supporting long-term business growth.
